Vietnamese sailors visited USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) for a damage control exchange during during Naval Exchange Activity (NEA) Vietnam. NEA is a week-long series of humanitarian and professional events designed to build friendships between the U.S. Navy and the Vietnamese People's Navy, and the people of Vietnam.
