CAMP COVINGTON, Guam (April 13, 2016) Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Gage Hunt, left and Electronics Technician 2nd Class Augusto Nueva, both with Commander, Task Force (CTF) 75, tighten a support rope for a high frequency bowtie antenna that will be used to communicate with U.S. forces participating in exercise Balikatan 2016 in the Philippines. Balikatan is an annual Philippine-U.S. military bilateral training exercise that is a signature element of the Philippine-U.S. alliance focused on a variety of missions, including humanitarian assistance, maritime law enforcement, and environmental protection.
