PERTH, Australia (April 04, 2014) A maintenance crew assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) conduct a Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walkdown outside the P-8A Poseidon aircraft they are in charge of maintaining, at Perth Airport, Australia. FOD walkdowns reduce the risk of objects from entering the engines or anywhere else on the aircraft they can do harm.
