Every week at the River Phillip United Church, Crystal Wallis offers a GREEN MINISTRY moment when she tells a wonderful story of a positive action to ‘live with respect in creation’. She told the story of the Sunday School Children at High River United Church , Alberta who are seeking 4,000 packages of sunflower seeds to bring HOPE to their community. The children plan to write a note of hope and place a package of sunflower seeds in everyone’s mailbox to help them heal from the terrible flood. The generous response was overwhelming and in just three weeks they collected 100 packages.
