Boob Lion Chopper

Happened across this one on the street. I couldn't help but notice the boob lion has a full mane. I wonder what this means. Note that I photographed this at 200mm from around the corner so the owner (who was partying across the street in a second floor condo with 10 or 12 other bikers) wouldn't see me.
