Poor old building

I suppose they're waiting for the building to become beyond repair.

Then, they'll come up with a memo and some expert's report, showing that unfortunately nothing can be done to save this building, so it must be demolished. Land is very expensive in this area of Bucharest - look at the new office building to the right, which must have been built on the site of a similar old building.
