Actually he's probably cutting, not welding but I thought the title was good :)
This is a view of the repair work taking place on Eastbourne Pier at present. Part of the Pier was ravaged by fire on 30th July 2014 but thankfully the damage was mainly restricted to the front end. Though the repair work continues the Pier remains open and they've kindly added some Perspex windows to allow you to view the work. I managed to find one that wasn't too smudged :)
