Greifswald - Eldena Monastery

Ruins in sunset light. The Eldena Monastery dates to 1199, but was severely damaged in the Thirty Years' War. From that onwards decay ruled the place - the fact that the citizens of Greifswald used the ruins as a bricks quarry didn't help either...
