I finally got around to finding the local Salvation Army thrift store. Found some Danish modern! It seems like it got wet (Dad is convinced someone was using it for deck furniture). The wood is good but the finish is worn/nonexistent on the top and legs. I vote for stripping the whole thing and refinishing it with Tung oil.

 

And now I have to stop buying furniture. The garage is getting really full...
