A positive Outlook

okay, i know this is a crappy shot (i hate my face in profile!!!) but i am sooo happy right now, i had to share this, and this is the latest picture of me (about 2 a week ago...)...

so anyway, i finally got some positive news!!!

 

1) the academy of advertising apparently liked my work/portfolio because i am invited to participate at their exam next week thursday!!! if i don't screw this up, the next step will be an invitation to an interview and finally the acceptance to the school (which basically is my dream!!!)... so yay, i'm really happy!!! even if i mess up the exam next week, it really feels good that someone thinks my work is worth inviting me!!!

 

and 2) one of the graphic designers i applied with in february told me to contact him again at the beginning of may, which i did today and he immediately responded, telling me to call him to fix a date for an interview!!! yay!!

 

i so hope, that at least one of these things work out, after all i was getting really depressed and down for not finding a job and not being accepted at the schools i want to attend... basically, those are the first good news in about a year! and i'm just happy... and scared as hell to be honest... no messing up allowed!!

 

anyway, i just wanted to share that with you guys...

oh, and that's my new favourite scarf btw :)
