Lower Waterline Falls

I believe the name of this waterfall is Lower Waterline falls. David ( fallsguyd ) can confirm this. He was kind enough to show me a few more unknown waterfalls in Letchworth State Park yesterday. We had a great morning and just missed the big thunderstorm that came rolling through as we were heading to the other end of the park to leave.
