CTC 2006 Virtual Meeting Session Breakout
We did an activity where each group of 5-6 had a deck of 16 cards with virtual or distributed meeting scenarios on them. A member of the group would pick a card, read the scenario and ask another member for what they would do. Then the rest of the group would chime in. The "asker" would record the best ideas. Then the next person would pick a card and do the same process. At the end we brought the groups back together to debrief the ton of great ideas.
