Little League Avenue, center, runs through the city of Williamsport, Pa., on the West Branch Susquehanna River on Dec. 13, 2022. The Chesapeake Bay Program's Targeted Outreach for Green Infrastructure in Vulnerable Communities (TOGI) project involved community listening sessions and resulted in plans for the avenue as well as vacant lots owned by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). The avenue will receive streetscape enhancements and better connectivity to the city's downtown while the lots will be used for expanded community garden and park space.
