A pair of bald eagles nests at Masonville Cove Environmental Education Center in Baltimore on April 11, 2019. It is the first time in recent history that eagles have laid eggs at Masonville Cove, which had a long history of neglect before being the focus of restoration efforts and becoming the nation’s first urban wildlife refuge in 2013.
