January Waning Evening Moon

An image of the evening waning moon captured on the 15th January. The moon is in the waning gibbous phase being just over 95% illuminated at the time.

 

Crater Langrenus is nicely highlighted near the lunar terminator, at upper right in the image.

 

Imaged with an Askar 71mm refractor and a ZWO 2600MC camera.
