The Difference
Just messing around with some never before tried blend modes as suggested by Calvin Hollywood. In this image I duplicated the layer in CS5 and changed the blend mode to Difference. The screen went totally dark and then I applied a Gaussian blur and played with the slider to get a cool negative illustration effect. I then duplicated an original copy and brought that image into the layer above the difference blend layer. On this new layer I again selected the difference blend mode and got this painted effect going on. So I went with it.
