Maintenance

While walking through Indianapolis I caught a glimpse of maintenance on a building's statue. This goes under the heading of things I've wondered about. I often ask myself, "I wonder how they clean that?" or "I wonder how they fix that?" and "Whose job is would it be?". Well, I got some of my answers that day.
