After much setup, configuration, reconfiguration, technical difficulties (flash trigger decided to operate late today, cam remote cord too short, etc.), fighting the ever changing ambient light, and just general frustration, I choose this picture as the epitome of the whole experience. It became blatantly obvious that I have a lot to learn, and there-in lies one of the primary goals for doing a 365 project.
In this shot, I set the remote on continuous, but the camera failed to fire (probably due to AF as the ambient light was gone). As I was getting off the chair to figure out what happened, the camera fired several times, surprising the hell out of me.
strobism: one trusty old 420EZ connected with a trusty pc-sync cable (yeah...everything else went THAT wrong) on camera right, shot through an umbrella.
