Last night I climbed a mountain.
I rented the much praised Canon EF16-35L 2.8 lens to shoot this weekend. I'm rapidly losing faith in Canon optical products as anything but overpriced. The lens is mediocre considering it's price, and seems to show a lot of CA. Ordinarily I wouldn't care but Canon touts their products as so superior, I'd expect a $2000 lens to be better than this... Gets the job done though I suppose.
