University of Houston Wheeler Housing East (Cougar Village) development sign

There's a new dormitory being built at the University of Houston for freshman residents. It will be situated between the Quadrangle and Moody Towers along Wheeler Street in the University of Houston Campus Undergraduate District.

 

This was also known around campus as "Freshman Village" and "Wheeler Housing East" until recently, when it was officially named "Cougar Village".
