Valentine Vanilla "Fudge"

Melt a bag of premium white chocolate chips, stir in a jar of quality vanilla frosting (not whipped), mix in three drops of red food coloring, stir. Spread in wax paper lined 8x8 pan, add sprinkles. Pop in fridge until set. Cut and devour. This is tasty fudge and I didn't expect to like it. Can't wait to try other mix-ins with crushed cookies, different frosting flavors and even chocolate chips.
