Day 81
Well, hello, Springtime! This guy gave me a start this afternoon. I had just been doing some work in Thing One's room and observed all his putty-scapes with various Lego minifigures entrenched in their blobbiness. Then I walk to my bathroom and notice a grey blob on my toothpaste, assuming it is more wayward putty, perhaps placed here to startle me, I just grab it and move it to the side. As I'm grasping it I mentally note it is particularly wet, soft and generally odd for putty. When I place it down it hops on the wall. A FROG! In my second floor bathroom! Wha?!? How did this guy get inside. I screamed immediately for the kids to fetch my camera. He was safely photographed and then moved outside to the sunshine.
After the rat snake {blog.booturtle.com/2010/10/snakes-on-plain-white-carpet.html} found in Thing One's upstairs bedroom two years ago and now this guy I'm wondering if we have a reptile open door policy on our top level.
