Created the xhtml template from the mock up. Uses a simple css pattern creating 4 floating columns by percentage. The blocks have set heights in pixels.

 

The only problem I have is setting the block a element attributes.

 

Also have problems with the layout of images. Yet to fix this (alignment, spacing).
