Becoming more efficient with better tools
The second talk I went to was DrNic's, "Become more efficient with better tools". DrNic runs mocra all from a laptop (Mac) and the talk revolves around searching for scriptable tools, extending them to become more efficient.
The beaut idea behind using scriptable tools is being able to re-program them. They improve over time. As time passes you can make small efficiency gains.
To do this folks you need a machine with a Unix based operating system. Windows users need not apply. The other thing I liked about the talk was it was all editable. Didn't think to ask how?
