Dry Special Beef Noodles (Quezon City)

This was how my dinner prepared by the noodle chef below turned out. The noodle lived up to its hype, the beef tender although a bit on the stringy side, and the soup just the right thickness and dash of spice. The resto is called the Shanghai Hand-Pulled Noodles along Retiro Street (now N.S. Amoranto) in Banawe, Quezon City (November 2010).
