Ishkooda #14 portal 7-7-09 What a difference a few months makes
This is a photo of the TCI Ishkooda #14 iron ore mine portal in Red Mountain Park taken yesterday July 7th 2009. Compare to the other photo that was taken january 2009 when all of the brush kudzu and privet had been cleared.. What a difference a few months makes. This will be on the park hiking tour in the fall. The hiking trail is now under construction. Keeping this cleared for the park will be a continuous task but it is worth the effort. check redmountainpark.org for future hike info. My wife needs to get me a Track Bobcat and Mulch-head for Christmas
