ORCA Card

The ORCA card launched on April 20, 2009. I was one of the first to get one.

Since I have a U-PASS, I chose to get the E-Purse version. I put $5 on it (the minimum). I was told the balance wouldn't be active until the next day. I hope this is isn't the same for the cards purchased out of the TVMs.
