NGC 7380 The Wizard Nebula HST palette w/DSLR

 

Added SII data (only 85 minutes) and reprocessed, using only my noisy narrowband data. :(

Did not use any of my non-filtered frames(@ 3 hours worth)

 

Used various combinations of Canon T3i/Modified Canon T3 and Orion 80mm/120mm refractors:

10 hours 45 min

w/Ha filters:4x600 10x900 6x1200

w/OIII filter-7x600 8x900 3x1200

w?SII filter-4x600 3x900

Guided with Phd, Starshoot Autoguider and 50mm guide scope

Pre-process and demosaic with Nebulosity www.stark-labs.com/

Scaling and stretch using FITS Liberator www.spacetelescope.org/projects/fits_liberator/

Reduced noise and converted to BMP using Paint.net

Aligned and scaled manually with GIMP

RGB combine with StarTools startools.org/drupal/

Post-process with StarTools, GIMP & Windows Live Photo
