Song Sparrow

This photo ended up an accidental HDR. I'd snapped off two photos quickly where the Sparrow didn't move and then processed them differently. I loaded them into Photomatix, played until I was happy, then added the vignette in NIK Color Efex Pro. I'd been trying to make a good desktop background, and found it with this. I think I'll make it my icon, too. Looks good large. :-)

 

I've had a couple of good days birding and shooting, especially today with a cooperative Mockingbird. I may have to start posting more doubles or even a series here and there.
