Enlisted Airmen assigned to the 673d Air Base Wing, friends and family participate in the monthly promotion ceremony held on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Feb. 29, 2016. During the ceremony, Col. Brian R. Bruckbauer and Chief Master Sgt. Gary E. Berry II, the commander and command chief master sergeant of JBER, respectively, present each promotee with a certificate of promotion.
