New Hampshire-01084 - Blair Bridge

PLEASE, NO invitations, graphics or self promotions, THEY WILL BE DELETED. My photos are FREE to use, just give me credit and it would be nice if you let me know, thanks.

We tried to go for lunch at a restaurant called the "Covered Bridge" but it was closed on Tuesdays, we did eat here the next night. But beside it was this covered bridge.

Blair Bridge was built in 1870 to repair a span of 1829 that had been burned by an arsonist. The bridge employs a truss design. It is New Hampshire’s only surviving example of this type of construction. The bridge was restored in 1977.
