Lunik IX ghetto for Roma. Looks a lot like West Chicago. Better insofar as its infinitely less violent. Worse insofar as heat, water, electricity, windows seem to be a luxury. Less than 5% of the approximately 4,000 residents are employed. There are no businesses within a mile, outside of a small elementary school. Coincidentally, over half of the students are registered as "special," i.e. mentally disabled. Parents have reported that school activities include playing cards and singing.
