Dan Hogan founded Medalogix—a post acute specific predictive modeling technology company based in a Nashville, Tenn.—in 2011 to equip health care providers with analytic-based insights that would enable more efficient and effective patient care. A former home health agency owner and operator, Dan’s hands-on healthcare knowledge guided Medalogix in solving some of today’s most pressing healthcare challenges like readmissions and care coordination.
