JetBlue Honor Box

jetBlue trusts people to do the right thing, selling earphones for a dollar, but collecting the funds using the Honor System in this box. Similar systems have seen success for collecting light-rail fares in Salt Lake, Minneapolis, and other cities. How counterintuitive to trust people, and how surprising that people can be trusted?
