Hotpoint top loading washing machine over sixty years old and still going strong.

 

Shown here with custom rotary ironing cylinder attached, an optional extra. The iron hotplate is either 'on' or 'off', there's no heat regulator, so for certain materials you have to watch that it doesn't get too hot, but for big cotton sheets it's very effective.

 

The machine came equipped with an electric wringer (like a mangle), which is stored behind the little door at the bottom.
