Will from Valentino's, Max from Hotel duVin, and Ally from Plateau - finalists of the bartenders from across Brighton who entered, battle it out at SeaLife with their cocktail creations using spirits from sponsors Blackdown Gin, Bank's 5 year Rum and Four Roses Bourbon to be crowned Best Bartender in Brighton at the Brighton Mix Off Cocktail Competition.
