Joel Jackson, 60th Air Mobility Wing commander, took time June 18, 2015 to get to know Senior Airman Andrew Lavarias, 9th Air Refueling Squadron aviation resource manager, and learn about the important duties of his job at Travis AFB, Calif. The visit was part of the Works with Airmen Program, in which Jackson shadows an Airman on the job, giving him valuable insight into the daily work that occurs on the base across a large spectrum of unit missions, as well as important one-on-one time with junior enlisted Airmen.
