Firefighters from Ravenna Twp. , Rootstown, and Randolph along with others fight a large building fire early Saturday morning around 1:00 AM. The large building owned by Kevin and Dawnette Caulbourne of 4575 Hayes Rd. in Ravenna Twp. held over $40,000 worth of remote control cars and parts along with a 130 ft. remote control car track. About 50 area residents raced their small remote control cars on the indoor track that is in this building every weekend. The building and most everything in it is a total loss. It took firefighters a few hours to get the fire under control due to the cold and lack of fire hydrants in the area.
