Riviera Marina 1960s

This is a brochure, rare, I found at the Colorado River Museum in Bullhead City, AZ. This was originally a planned community, with a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Bar, Post office and a developer for the area. The marina is now a restaurant called Igwana's.
