6 harmful habits avoided immediately after eating!

Many people suffer from gastrointestinal disorders after eating, which appear in many forms such as indigestion, and the problem of severe constipation or recurrent gases and stomach pain. These problems occur as a result of following the wrong eating habits and behavior we do without realizing that it will harm us and our health.

In today's issue of my health, we will inform you of the most serious and harmful habits that we do immediately after eating, which must be avoided to maintain the integrity of our body fully:

Smoking

Smoking immediately after eating contributes to an increase in the incidence of cancer, because smoking one cigarette is equal to ten cigarettes when smoking after eating. The substances in the cigarette cause emphysema, shortness of breath, affect the muscles of the colon and lead to stomach ulcers.

Eat fruits

Eating fruits after meals is not healthy, because these fruits may be stuck in the stomach between the contents of foods, which makes it difficult to reach the intestine at the right time so that it is destroyed inside the stomach. Therefore, it is recommended to eat fruits in the morning and before eating on an empty stomach, to benefit the body from the best food in it, and in order to obtain the necessary energy during the day.

drink tea

Drinking tea after eating directly prevents the body from absorbing iron in the ideal form required, so it is best to drink it at least after an hour of getting meals.

Bathing

Immediately after meals, the body's temperature increases as the blood flows to the skin to reduce the temperature, which means that the blood is not reached to the stomach to complete digestion, leading to a feeling of dyspepsia.

Walking

Walking after eating directly is a bad idea, because this sport causes the acid reflux of the stomach, which causes difficulty in digestion.

Sleeping

Lying on the back or sleeping after a meal leads to an influx of acidic gastric juices into the esophagus, which increases the feeling of internal burning, leads to snoring, shortness of breath, and increases rates of obesity. It is recommended to sleep after eating two hours.
