Superior
If I fail to tell you that Lake Superior is insanely gorgeous this time of year, forgive me. I cannot properly communicate how it was to walk out into this lake. I never felt so calm on a beach in Maui, California, or the Atlantic, but each time I've been to Superior in the summer. . .well, it's incredibly peaceful and relaxing. You won't see me there during a storm in January, but who's counting? That's what makes it so great. It's like napping next to a sleeping dragon, enjoying the warm air being gently exhaled.
