No Respect

I like color and in some ways this graffiti adds some of that, but in other ways it saddens me. What is it that some minds are predisposed to litter, to deface and vandalize.

Were ancient hieroglyphics a form of graffiti? It doesn't seem to be, from what I've seen. There's intelligent thought, a purpose, education and a story to be recorded,
