We begin with a luxurious double layer of white satin. Over that we have a double ruffle of vintage white scalloped edged floral lace which was removed from a vintage 1980's wedding gown. At the top we have a stripe of baby blue blue grosgrain enhanced with white stitching and all tied together with a white satin bow.

 

This garter-which is about 2 inches wide, is perfect for your wedding as a keepsake garter.
