Chocolate Beetroot Cake

Tracey asked me to make Chocolate Beetroot Cake for her and Alistair's wedding. Here's one of the two waiting to be boxed up and driven out West, topped with handmade chocolates from The Chocolate Tree in Bruntsfield.
