Butter carved for the table...
After much deliberation I used two packets of Lurpack to create a butter church for the table. My initial idea of a butter rat proved too difficult for a novice sculptor in this medium.
The work involved regular use of a freezer and an average knowledge of ecclesiastical architecture of the 19th century...
