WATERS NEAR GUAM (March 11, 2016) Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) guided-missile destroyer JS Kirishima (DDG 174) sails in formation during Multi Sail 2016. Multi Sail is a bilateral trianing exercise aimed at interoperability between the U.S. and Japanese forces.
