Rwanda has hosted the 6th World Congress on Agroforestry (WCA 2025) from 20-24 October 2025. The Congress brings together more than 700 participants from across the world, including farmers, researchers, policymakers, private sector leaders, civil society members, and young people, under the theme “Agroforestry for People, Planet and Profit.”
As the leading international congress for advancing tree-based solutions in agriculture, forestry, and landscapes, WCA 2025 provides a platform for exchanging knowledge, experiences, and innovations in agroforestry that support sustainable development, climate resilience, and resilient agro-ecosystems.
