Kwibuka22 Commemoration Event
On 10 June 2016, the Ministry of Natural Resources joined with the Ministry of Youth and ICT, the Ministry of Disaster Management and Refugees and affiliated agencies (Rwanda Natural Resources Authority, Rwanda Environment Management Authority, Meteo Rwanda and Rwanda's Green Fund) to remember the victims of the Genocide against the Tutsi.
The guest speakers at the event were Genocide Scholar Tom Ndahiro and Jean-Damascene Gasanabo from the National Commission for the Fight against Genocide.
