John began as a food runner and worked his way up to Executive Sous Chef. His grandfather was a butcher, which sparked his interest in working in kitchens. Matt runs the grill and rides motorcycles outside the kitchen. Ryan, originally from New York, moved to Florida when his parents retired here and has a deep love for food and wine. Anthony, with roots in Guatemala and New Jersey, works as Junior Sous Chef and chooses not to drink alcohol.
