Duke's Been Tagged

So here at 10 things about Duke:

 

1) Duke hates when the kids leave for school in the morning. If given the chance, he'll latch onto the kids' shoes or legs to keep them walking out the door. It's gotten to the point where I have to hold Duke until the kids are out the door.

 

2) Duke has a girlfriend named Gracie Lou. She's a four year old Siberian Husky and she lives across the street from us.

 

3) Dukes does not like baths and hates to be brushed or combed. He does, however, like to be brushed under his chin.

 

4) Duke does not like the water and has never swam in any body of water.

 

5) The kids and I have given Duke a human personality and say that he attends Duke Prepatory Academy and science is his life :)

 

6) Duke is terrified of the vacuum cleaner and runs for cover whenever we bring it out!

 

7) Our mail lady is in love with Duke! When Duke hears her mail truck he demands to be let out because everday she tosses a biscuit to dear Duke.

 

8) Duke loves to go on car rides - he loves the wind in his hair and is my co-pilot. Although he still whines while in the car.

 

9) Duke loves to sleep. He takes numerous naps throughout the day and at night he sleeps in bed with me and my DH. Most nights he lies right between us and Duke and I end up sharing a pillow.

 

10) Duke loves me unconditionally - and that makes me very happy. I consider our family very lucky to have such a cute, funny & loyal pup♥
